How To Create Mutual Respect At Work

Did you know that Vagus Nerve Stimulation Dramatically Reduces Inflammation?

Inflammation is Your Body’s Response to Stress

Typically, doctors prescribe medications to combat inflammation. However, that’s treating the symptom not the cause. And we all know how symptoms grow over time and how stronger doses are needed. These interfere with our gut health and that interferes with our weight and our relationships.

There’s growing evidence that another way to combat inflammation is by engaging the vagus nerve and improving “vagal tone.” This can be achieved through daily habits such as yoga, meditation and now thanks to two NVC colleagues research, with NVC as well.

There is no doubt practicing NVC has a calming effect on the nervous system.

What this means is, you make your breathing and NVC a conscious thing for part of your day to start with. Then if you like yoga, go do that too for an extra boost. Yoga and exercise classes increase strength, flexibility and cardio function. If you like travelling and being active with children and grandchildren, you will need a combination of these so your immune system is on its toes ready for what those tired, dehydrated, on the go consistent experiences take out of you. Don’t bring home the disaster stories. You will want to enjoy your dream travel and family adventures.

Do you remember the feeling when you’ve just met someone and everything you both say resonates and is fun?

Do you also know when you have known them for a few years and you have asked them to do something you already have asked many times before? …… this could apply to your web designer, your biz partner, your personal assistant or your intimate partner or child.

When you have asked 5, 10 times or more…

How do you express frustration without losing it or calling it quits?

How do you listen to your child without them thinking it’s useless telling you stuff? Trying to fix it for them is definitely not working but what will?

How do you go from total trust to total shock at your partner’s action? Not just once. Several times in a lifetime or just a month!

How do you cope with co-parenting when you actually daydream about the other parent hurtling towards the sun and exploding into a million pieces? …..

Back to reality and down to business. The business of collaborative communication. Saying what’s in your heart and on your mind with words that encourage mutual respect and compassion. That’s the trick!

That’s what I’ve needed to overcome myself. That’s what I help others with. I have an online pro gee that’s 6 weeks and free handouts available most of the time. And now I offer A free **20 min sesh. Its free at the moment and I’m thinking of asking $29 very soon:

  • to service myself so I can continue to do this work I love and that many love world-wide
  • and to provide an affordable service
  • to be spontaneously available.
  • To service the “I need it now” kind of business folk. Busy business folk with a conflict looming or an internal conflict occupying too much brain space at just darn inconvenient times, like 3am!

The acronym for  Keystone Interaction Skills- K I S also stands for  -Keeping It Simple and I know you can incorporate this into Collaborative Conversations that matter to you too (try saying that sentence quickly!).

By the way, “inflammatory responses play a central role in the development and persistence of many diseases and can lead to debilitating chronic pain. In many cases, inflammation is your body’s response to stress. Therefore, reducing “fight-or-flight” responses in the nervous system and lowering biological markers for stress can also reduce inflammation”.
