Creating Mutual Respect At Work
How To Create Mutual Respect At Work
Did you know that Vagus Nerve Stimulation Dramatically Reduces Inflammation?
Inflammation is Your Body’s Response to Stress
Typically, doctors prescribe medications to combat inflammation. However, that’s treating the symptom not the cause. And we all know how symptoms grow over time and how stronger doses are needed. These interfere with our gut health and that interferes with our weight and our relationships.
There’s growing evidence that another way to combat inflammation is by engaging the vagus nerve and improving “vagal tone.” This can be achieved through daily habits such as yoga, meditation and now thanks to two NVC colleagues research, with NVC as well.
There is no doubt practicing NVC has a calming effect on the nervous system.
What this means is, you make your breathing and NVC a conscious thing for part of your day to start with. Then if you like yoga, go do that too for an extra boost. Yoga and exercise classes increase strength, flexibility and cardio function. If you like travelling and being active with children and grandchildren, you will need a combination of these so your immune system is on its toes ready for what those tired, dehydrated, on the go consistent experiences take out of you. Don’t bring home the disaster stories. You will want to enjoy your dream travel and family adventures.

By the way, “inflammatory responses play a central role in the development and persistence of many diseases and can lead to debilitating chronic pain. In many cases, inflammation is your body’s response to stress. Therefore, reducing “fight-or-flight” responses in the nervous system and lowering biological markers for stress can also reduce inflammation”.
